Is your flooring waterproof?

Yes. All FBJ Imports flooring features a waterproof SPC core designed to handle every day spills, moisture, kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
What is a 22 Mil wear layer?

The 22 Mil wear layer is the protective top layer of the flooring designed to resist scratches, stains, scuffs, and everyday wear.
Does your flooring include an attached pad?

Yes. All of our flooring includes a 1.5mm IXPE attached pad for added comfort and sound reduction.
Is the flooring pet friendly?

Yes. Our durable wear layer helps protect against scratches and everyday pet traffic.
What size are the planks?

All planks are 7” x 48”.

INSTALLATION QUESTIONS

Is this flooring easy to install?

Yes. The click-lock system allows for fast and simple floating floor installation.
Can it be installed over tile?

In many cases yes, provided the existing floor is flat, stable, and properly prepared.
Do I need underlayment?

No additional underlayment is required because the flooring already includes an attached IXPE pad.
Can it be installed in bathrooms or basements?

Yes. Our waterproof SPC flooring is an excellent choice for bathrooms, basements, kitchens, and other moisture-prone areas. Just make sure the subfloor is clean, dry, level, and properly prepared before installation.
What type of subfloor is required?

Subfloors should be clean, dry, level, and structurally sound.

Unused flooring in original packaging may qualify for return approval subject to restocking fees.

How should I clean the flooring?

Sweep regularly and clean with a damp mop using non-abrasive floor cleaners.
Will sunlight fade the flooring?

Our flooring includes UV protection designed to help resist fading.
