Terms of service

Product Inspection

Customers must inspect flooring materials upon delivery or pickup. Any shortages, shipping damage, visible defects, or concerns must be reported within 48 hours. Do not install material that appears damaged or defective. Installation constitutes acceptance of the material.

Color and Shade Variation

Slight variations in color, texture, gloss, and pattern between samples, photographs, and production runs are normal and are not considered defects.

Installation Responsibility

Customers and installers are responsible for verifying: Product style Color Quantity Condition before installation FBJ Imports LLC is not responsible for labor costs, removal costs, installation costs, or consequential damages resulting from installation of defective or incorrect materials.

Returns

Flooring sales are final after delivery or pickup. Unused material in unopened packaging may be eligible for return approval and may be subject to a restocking fee. Installed flooring cannot be returned. Special-order and clearance items are non-returnable.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to invoice terms. Ownership of merchandise remains with FBJ Imports LLC until paid in full.

Limited Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. FBJ Imports LLC makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

FBJ Imports LLC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including labor, removal, replacement, loss of profits, or project delays. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the material in question.
