Refund policy

At FBJ Imports LLC, we take pride in the quality of our flooring products.

All flooring sales are final once material has been delivered or picked up.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery or pickup.
Any shortages, visible damage, or concerns must be reported within 48 hours.
Unused material in original unopened packaging may be considered for return approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Installed, altered, or damaged flooring cannot be returned.
Special-order products and clearance items are non-returnable.
Approved returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original invoice.
